Legal / Terms
Clear terms for using this site.
These terms describe general use of the Morrowline Health Systems website. A signed proposal, statement of work or other written agreement may set different terms for a particular engagement.
Website and services terms
Website use
You may use this website for lawful information and business communication. You are responsible for ensuring that your use does not interfere with the website, its security or other visitors’ ability to access it.
Information on this site
The website provides general information about Morrowline and its services. It is not a complete specification of any service and should not be treated as a professional recommendation for a particular technical, legal, clinical or operational decision. We aim to keep information clear and current but do not promise that every page is complete or suitable for every purpose.
No medical service
Morrowline provides digital-service design and technology services. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or emergency care through this website. Do not use the website or its contact forms to seek urgent help. For urgent medical needs, contact your healthcare provider or local emergency services.
Enquiries and support
Submitting a form does not by itself create a client, professional or advisory relationship and does not guarantee that Morrowline will accept a project. Please avoid submitting confidential, sensitive or personal health information through general website forms. Current client support remains subject to the agreed support arrangements for the applicable engagement.
Project scope and agreements
Services are provided only under a separate written agreement that identifies the scope, responsibilities, deliverables, fees, timing, acceptance process and any applicable service arrangements. A conversation or website description does not amend a signed agreement. If these general terms conflict with a project agreement, the project agreement governs the relevant work to the extent stated in that agreement.
Intellectual property
Unless an applicable written agreement says otherwise, Morrowline and its licensors retain rights in the website, its original content, visual design and underlying materials. You may view and share links to public pages for ordinary informational purposes. You may not reproduce substantial site content, branding or visual work for commercial use without permission.
Ownership and permitted use of project deliverables, client materials, software, reusable tools and third-party components are determined by the relevant project agreement and applicable licences.
Third-party services
The site may refer to external websites or rely on hosting, forms or other service providers. A link or integration does not imply endorsement of every statement made by a third party. Those services may have separate terms and privacy practices, which you should review directly.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, disrupt its availability, submit unlawful or knowingly misleading material, or use it to infringe another person’s rights. We may take reasonable steps to protect the website and investigate suspected misuse.
Warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided for general information without a promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes a consumer or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Morrowline is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from general use of the website. Liability related to paid services, project deliverables or professional obligations is governed by the applicable written agreement and mandatory law. No limitation in these terms applies where the law does not allow it.
Governing law
Any governing law, forum or dispute process for a specific service should be set out in the applicable written agreement. For website use not covered by such an agreement, applicable mandatory law and rules on jurisdiction may determine the appropriate law and forum. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Changes and contact
We may revise these terms as the website or service information changes. The date above indicates the latest revision shown here. For a question about website use or these terms, please use the Contact page.
